VANCOURVER, Washington - Samuel A Stockett was involved in a hit and run collision with a semi around 0347 on April 6, 2021, on I-5 northbound, just north of the bridge. Information indicates he may have received a ride to the Vancouver Mall then got on the VINE. He has no known ties to the Vancouver area.

According to a Vancouver Police Department news release, 20-year-old Samuel A. Stockett was involved in a hit-and-run crash with a tractor-trailer at 3:47 a.m. on Tuesday. The crash occurred on northbound Interstate 5, north of the Interstate 5 Bridge.

Stockett was last seen wearing light blue jeans, red Five Guys Burgers shirt, Carhartt beanie and blue/black plaid jacket (possibly hooded). He is 5'10", 140 lbs., blonde hair and blue eyes.
