Previous story Shooting Investigation Underway in Lloyd District, Two Individuals Injured Next story

PORTLAND, Oregon - On September 9, 2020, at approximately 1:34 a.m., North Precinct officers responded to the 300 block of Northeast Holladay Street on reports of a shooting. When officers arrived on scene, they located a male who had been shot, and a male who suffered from an undisclosed injury. Officers learned an altercation occurred between the two subjects which lead to their injuries. Both subjects were transported to an area hospital by ambulance. The subjects' medical status will not be released at this time. Officers recovered two pistols and several bullet casings at the scene.

Given the circumstances, there is no threat to the community.

Officers have secured a crime scene and Assault Detectives are responding to assist in the investigation. Northeast Multnomah Street is closed to all traffic from Northeast 2nd Avenue to Northeast 4th Avenue.

The PIO is not responding to the scene.
