PORTLAND, Oregon - On June 26, 2020, at 2:02 a.m., East Precinct Officers responded to the area near Southeast 126th Avenue and Powell Boulevard on multiple reports of numerous shots heard. One caller reported an injured person nearby.

Officers arrived and found an injured adult male. He was transported to an area hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injury.

Another victim arrived at a hospital with injuries believed to be sustained during this incident. The adult female victim had serious, but not life-threatening injuries.

This was the third shooting investigated in six hours overnight while PPB was also managing multiple demonstrations and an attack on North Precinct. One shooting occurred in each of PPB's three precincts (See prior releases for information on other incidents).
