Death Investigation in the St. Johns Neighborhood

The Oregon State Medical Examiner's Officer's office has determined the individual from the death investigation in the St. Johns Neighborhood was death by suicide.

Bobby Lee Hillman, age 25, died as the result from what appears to be a self-inflicted injury with a knife.

The investigation is concluding based upon this information. Other family members have been notified of the death.

Help is available for community members struggling from a mental health crisis and/or suicidal thoughts. Suicide is preventable.

The Multnomah County Mental Health Call Center is available 24 hours a day at 503-988-4888.
