CLARK COUNTY - On June 1, 2021, corrections deputies at the Clark County Jail found an inmate unresponsive in his cell. Corrections deputies and nursing staff began life saving procedures as emergency medical services was summoned. The inmate, identified as Jesse M. White, was transported to a local hospital where today he succumbed to his injuries.

Mr. White had been in the Clark County Jail since May 11, 2021. He was being held on suspicion of Assault 2-Domestic Violence with a Firearm; Assault 2 – Domestic Violence, Harassment and Theft of a Firearm. His death is under active investigation of the Clark County Major Crimes Unit.
