Police seek info on fugitive in Portland

This afternoon, Thursday August 11, 2011, officers from several law enforcement agencies, including the Portland Police Bureau and the US Marshals Service, were involved in a pursuit of a vehicle driven by a wanted fugitive. The vehicle was driven by 19-year-old Stephanie Janelle Forester. Forester is has warrants for her arrest in Oregon and is considered armed and dangerous.

Forester is described as a white female, 5'07" tall, 160 lbs., brown, blond and black hair, brown eyes, with a tattoo on her right forearm. Forester is described to be a heavy methamphetamine user and frequents establishments with video poker.

The vehicle Forester was driving today has been located in the area of Southeast 126th Avenue and Mill Plain Boulevard in Vancouver, Washington. During the pursuit, no traffic crashes were reported.
