Police seek husband and wife fugitives from justice

In March 2011, two subjects were sentenced to 10 years in Federal prison for Conspiracy to Defraud the United States. The husband and wife duo were released with a self-surrender date of May 23, 2011, but were placed on electronic monitoring. On April 29, 2011, the couple detached the monitors and are now considered fugitives from justice.

48-year-old Micaela Renee Dutson is 5'06", 140 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. She has used alias names of Michele McShea, Micaela Oppenheimer, and Michelene McShea.

53-year-old Tony Dutson is 5'10", 170 lbs, with gray hair and blue eyes.

These fugitives have roots in Mesa, Arizona and Elgin Oregon.
